Customers can also pick from your WhatsApp catalog and send a cart. Every order arrives on an order screen (tablet) and the customer gets a message at every status. Payment proofs the customer sends are linked to the order. Optionally the assistant asks for a Google review afterwards.
Messenger and Instagram
