FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I keep my own WhatsApp number?
In most cases, yes: you keep using the WhatsApp Business app and the assistant works on the same number. If that isn't possible, the assistant gets its own number. The number always remains yours.
What if the assistant doesn't know something?
It says so honestly and hands the conversation to you or your team. Afterwards you can add the answer to the knowledge base with one click.
My customers want to talk to a person.
Always possible. A customer can ask for a staff member, and you can take over any conversation from your phone or the dashboard.
Is this officially allowed by WhatsApp?
Yes. We only use Meta's official WhatsApp Business connection. No unofficial tools that put your number at risk.
What happens to the data?
Conversations are kept for 90 days by default. When you cancel, you get an export. Your data is never used to train AI models.
